Shipping in Australia

Australian orders (except those with Lift and/or Undressed, see below) ship via Australia Post. Once your order ships, delivery time can range from 2 to 5 business days or longer to very remote areas.

No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice.

Please note that orders can not be changed or canceled after having been placed.

Undressed and Lift are shipped via Toll Road Express.

Delivery time can range from 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that we are unable to ship Undressed or Lift to Tasmania due to airline safety regulations for combustible ingredients.

We do not ship at all to Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Nauru, Norfolk Island, and Tuvalu.

We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD$80.

Orders for less than that amount will be charged a flat AUD$10.50.

Orders that include a subscription item will ship for free.

Orders take up to 1 business day to be processed at our warehouse. You can expect your order to ship 1 business day after it is placed.

New Zealand orders ship via Australia Post International. Once your order ships, delivery time can range from 5 to 10 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over NZD$90. Orders for less than that amount will be charged a flat NZD$9.75.
